Will I get a receipt for my limousine reservation ?
If you have reserved your limousine via phone or fax you will get a reservation ID from our customer care executive. If you choose our online reservation system, an auto generated receipt will be sent to your E-mail ID immediately after completion of the registration process.
Do you also apply reservation cancellation charges ?
Well, it depends on the duration in which you have cancelled your reservation. If it is instigated within 24 hours of reservation, less cancellation charge will be applied while after 24 hours of reservation cancellation charges will be more.
Is your company fully insured and licensed by a competent authority ?
Our entire fleet of luxury limousines carries a proper commercial automobile and liability insurance. All the permits and insurance liabilities are issued and regulated by the respective authorities of the states where our business run.
How could I change my preferred limousines once reserved ?
You can change your preferred limousine by making a call to our reservation centre three hours prior to departure time to avoid further charges. However if the change couldn’t occur which results in a cancellation, you need to pay the full amount for the reservation and no money would be refunded in any case.

How can I pay the reservation charges ?
You can use any payment mode like major credit cards, ATM cards or bank cheques to pay the reservation amount. In a case you are paying amount with cheque it must clear before your reservation is confirmed.

Can I smoke or consume alcohol inside the limousine ?
For greater convenience and hygiene we make our vehicles smoke free. If you willing to use tobacco, we would stop you at some places so you may do so. For consuming alcohol you need to take it with your own arrangement and also an ID to confirm that your age is above 18.
