How can I make a reservation ?

We offer a number of methods for reserving limos. You can choose to phone or fax and for more convenience you can also visit our site for online reservations. Here you well get a reservation number and member ID for future references.

Will I get a receipt for my limousine reservation ?

If you have reserved your limousine via phone or fax you will get a reservation ID from our customer care executive. If you choose our online reservation system, an auto generated receipt will be sent to your E-mail ID immediately after completion of the registration process.

Do you also apply reservation cancellation charges ?

Well, it depends on the duration in which you have cancelled your reservation. If it is instigated within 24 hours of reservation, less cancellation charge will be applied while after 24 hours of reservation cancellation charges will be more.

Is your company fully insured and licensed by a competent authority ?

Our entire fleet of luxury limousines carries a proper commercial automobile and liability insurance. All the permits and insurance liabilities are issued and regulated by the respective authorities of the states where our business run.

How could I change my preferred limousines once reserved ?

You can change your preferred limousine by making a call to our reservation centre three hours prior to departure time to avoid further charges. However if the change couldn’t occur which results in a cancellation, you need to pay the full amount for the reservation and no money would be refunded in any case.

Are you closed on weekends ?

Our customer centric approach leads us to open our offices and reservation counters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can choose any day of the week to book your limousine in accordance with your convenience.

How can I pay the reservation charges ?

You can use any payment mode like major credit cards, ATM cards or bank cheques to pay the reservation amount. In a case you are paying amount with cheque it must clear before your reservation is confirmed.

Is there any discount available on booking amount ?

Can I know the events your limousines are available for ?

When is the best time to hire a wedding limo ?

You can hire your favorite wedding limo as soon as your wedding date is fixed. It helps us to offer wedding limousine with more equipped facilities and most importantly it will enable you to avoid rush hour inconvenience.

When Do My Rental Charges Begin ?

We begin to charge limousine rental at your designated pickup time and at your pickup location. Your rental time begin when limousine starts its journey to your first pickup location.

Is there any need to deposit some amount in advance ?

To hire a limousine and make a reservation you need to deposit 20% of entire amount in advance. Our authorized limousine chauffeurs will collect the rest amount before commencement of the journey.

Can I smoke or consume alcohol inside the limousine ?

For greater convenience and hygiene we make our vehicles smoke free. If you willing to use tobacco, we would stop you at some places so you may do so. For consuming alcohol you need to take it with your own arrangement and also an ID to confirm that your age is above 18.
